

Jeanie mainly uses acrylic paint on canvas and ink on paper to create whimsical and fantasy worlds of shapes, images, animals and people. She has worked as an illustrator, art teacher, artist in residence and full time artist for many years at St.Kilda Bowling Club Studios and now from her studio in Le Studio, Mordialloc.
She did her training at at Melbourne Teachers College and Prahran College.
Jeanie has exhibited solely or as part of a group exhibition in a variety of gallery and studio exhibitions including: Ryazanoff Gallery in Albert Park, National Works on paper at MPRG! Linden Gallery, Bright Studios in St. Kilda, Port Art Gallery in Port Melbourne, Gasworks Gallery in Albert Park, Greenwood Gallery in St. Kilda, St. Kilda Art Supplies exhibition and St. Kilda Bowling Club Studios. Jeanie has been involved in a diverse number of other art based exhibitions and competitions including National Works on Paper, Canterbury Primary School Art Competition, Poster design Port Melbourne Festival, Linden Gallery Postcard Competition, Alliance Francois Competition, Bayside Art Show and Oak Hill Gallery.
